9/30/2007 Mountwood

Well today Dave and I had a much needed Mountwood Park ride. Things got off to a rocky start first with my pedals, then a flat before I even had my bike on the rack. Dave was having frame problems. So we finally got on the road and rolled into the park. When we got there we were surprised to see alot of people at the park.(volcano fest or something like that?) But anyways we headed out on the trail and got a good 3hr. ride in. I still think Haystack is my favorite trail! Mountwood is SWEET.
