Gandvue Ride

Well sunday the 6th of january we will be riding Grandvue park in Mounsville, WV. So if anyone is interested in riding just send me an email or whatever and I'll hook you up with a time and directions. As of now the weather should be so/so, but we will see. As far as me updating this blog you can see it doesnt happen that much. Hopefully I can update fairly more than I have. Also we will be planning a Rays trip hopefully soon. The Quickservice/Body Progressions Cycling posse will be in full effect. Again anyone interest contact me.
